Age

This App is intended for use by those aged eighteen years and over. It is intended for personal information use only. If a person aged 13 to 17 wishes to use the app they should obtain parental or a guardian's consent to use the App. The App does not collect data from those under the age of 13 and Qdos Student LTD will delete such information if this occurs.

Data Protection

The UK Data Protection Act 1998 gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information that we hold about you.

You will be notified of any Privacy Policy change on our Privacy Policy Page and you can change your personal information by emailing us.
Does our site allow third-party behavioral tracking?
We may allow third-party behavioral tracking. Currently Apple tracking is used. If this changes this privacy policy will be updated.
